Home Improvement and Renovation Warranty

K.D. Yoder & Associates offers a limited installation warranty for a period of ten (10) years from the original invoice date on all home renovation projects that we install. We will either repair or replace any product that is damaged due to improper or faulty original installation. All material will be covered under the manufacturer warranty, as we do not offer additional warranty coverage for products or materials.

Service and Repair Warranty

K.D. Yoder & Associates offers a limited installation warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date on all home service and repair projects that we install. We will either repair or replace any product that is damaged due to improper or faulty original installation. All material will be covered under the manufacturer warranty, as we do not offer additional warranty coverage for products or materials.
