Kurt Yoder

Kurt is co-owner and president of K.D. Yoder & Associates. His passion for the siding, window, and door industry began as a child when he would often accompany his father to the family’s locally owned siding, window, and door company. By the time Kurt graduated high school, he had gained extensive experience working in the warehouse and with installation crews. Kurt graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in communications. After spending some time in Atlanta putting his degree to use, he returned to Columbus and the family business to gain experience in the sales division. After a few years, he was promoted to vice president of sales and joined the company’s board of directors. In 2006, he left the position to fulfill a life-long dream of owning his own business, K.D. Yoder & Associates.


Kurt and his wife, Beth, live in the Columbus area with their teenage daughter. He loves the Cleveland Browns and University of Kentucky athletics and is a season ticket holder for the Ohio State Football program. In his spare time, Kurt enjoys hunting, hiking, and fishing with his family.

Warren Gifford

Warren is co-owner and vice president of the estimation of K.D. Yoder & Associates. He got his start back in 1972 hanging gutters for a local company. In 1976, he joined Kurt’s father’s company, hanging gutters and siding, and quickly grew into a crew leader. In 1980, Warren was promoted to running the gutter division. He was eventually transferred to the estimating department. A promotion to general manager of new construction siding soon followed. His work ethic and knowledge led him to become the vice president of new construction and a member of the board of directors. In 1999, he became president of the company. Warren left in 2006 to partner with Kurt in starting K.D. Yoder & Associates.


Warren and his wife, Elaine, live in Plain City and have two grown children. They cherish the time with their grandkids. On the weekends, you’ll most likely find him working on a home improvement project.

Everett joined the K.D. Yoder & Associates team in 2012 as chief operating officer. His diverse background and passion for growing businesses provide a great balance to a team of construction experts. After graduating from Ohio University, he returned to the Columbus area, where he started as a sales associate at a local big-box sporting goods retail store. Within four years, he was learning to run every aspect of the business and manage his own store. In 1998, he joined a multi-million-dollar technology company to build and lead a customer service division. In 2001, he was offered an opportunity to join a start-up sport-specific training facility, which quickly grew into one of the most recognized facilities in Ohio for college and professional athletes. In 2004, Everett switched gears again to be a stay-at-home dad to his two young daughters.


Everett and his wife, Kirsten, have two teenage daughters and reside in Columbus. Outside of being with his family, Everett enjoys his part-time position with the National Hockey League. He also stays active playing hockey and training for full and half-marathons

Tom Moreland

Tom spent each summer in high school installing gutters and gutter guards. He graduated from Otterbein College in 1993 with a BA in business administration, focusing on marketing and management. His degree in business was put to immediate use when he started his own home improvement company specializing in siding, windows, doors, roofing, and gutter installation. After 21 years of running his own business, he joined the K.D. Yoder & Associates team to lead the field operations and service division.


Tom and his wife, Mimi, live in Columbus and have three teenage children. He prefers to spend his free time with family and friends, especially watching his kids flourish on the athletic fields.

Jay Williams

Jay joined K.D. Yoder & Associates in August 2021 after spending the previous eight years as a siding, windows, doors, gutter, and roofing installer. He was born and raised in Columbus and graduated from Grandview Heights High School. Jay’s passion for engines and car rebuilds began in high school when he interned at a local auto studio specializing in automotive service and detailing. Eventually, he became a lead mechanic who specialized in the restoration of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Porsches.


Jay resides in Columbus and loves riding motocross and building off-road jeeps on the weekends.

Ken Pease

Ken became a part of the K.D. Yoder & Associates team in August 2022. He grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Kent State University, earning a degree in education and a master’s in educational administration from the University of Dayton. After 25 years of teaching, educational administration, and facilities management, Ken is back to his construction background. During his early years, Ken spent time in the family construction business in various capacities of installation, sales, and project management.


Ken and his wife, Kristin, live in Hilliard and have four children. He stays active training for marathons, biking, and golfing, and enjoys spending time on the lake.
